Registration fees include: sessions, meals and social event(s) for days registered.

- Registration payments are not made through this web site, however you can pay online via e-Transfer after completing this form. You may also print and mail your registration information with a cheque. You will be given the mailing address after submitting this form.
- The registration deadline is September 17, 2018.
- Registrations on or after August 30, 2018 will be subject to a $50 late fee.
- Cancellation: REQUESTS for full registration refunds must be received by September 12, 2018. A $75 non-refundable administration fee will be deducted.
